• Paulo’s abilities include tracking daily sales, cash, inventory, invoices, and all accounting matters are dealt directly with the Accounting department. He is able to manage new recruits, prepare new contracts, warning letters, salary adjustments, etc. to fulfill the necessary changes of chain of command for manuals and documents for the entire staff.

• For visa renewal/cancellation, ticket bookings, labor cards, passports, etc. to be communicated in advance with the PR department to avoid penalties, high fare airline tickets and absconding staff.
